Inspired Partner Yoga by Briohny Smyth and Dice Iida-Klein

It’s been a while since we’ve posted any good yoga clips on Daily Cup of Yoga, but I just ran across this exceptional demonstration by Briohny Smyth and Dice lida-Klein to kick off last year’s launch of yourBuddhi.com.  Just had to share it…I thought it was pretty mesmerizing and the music is great as well, so watch and enjoy!

By the way, we have some great yoga book giveaways coming up this week, so even if your football team didn’t win (or make it to the Super Bowl, which was totally lights out if you ask me…), it still might be your lucky week!!
